Squeeze-it is a sterile fill-bag system for plastic condiment squeeze bottles. Squeeze-it addresses all of the sanitation, combined particles and waste issues, currently associated with regular plastic squeeze bottles.
It also has the added benefits of streamlining employee duties, shortening work hours, as well as, creating and maintaining a cleaner work environment.

One of the most popular, and widely used, commercial kitchen tools is the plastic condiment squeeze bottle.

The bottle, as it exists today, poses challenges for food service operations, in the areas of proper sanitation, combined particles, and waste.

1. Proper Sanitation


It`s difficult to thoroughly clean and rinse the plastic squeeze bottles. Condiments, sauces, and salad dressings are oil based and thus fatty by nature. The difficulty too thoroughly cleans the inside of the bottle results in residues, that form on the inside walls, as well as around the mouth of the bottle.

 

Residues remain in the grooves, the screw threads and around the mouth of the bottle. The cap of the bottle has a thin hollow irrigation tip which is nearly impossible to clean properly.


Standing water: After washing the bottle, water stands in the bottle causing odors and the potential for bacterial contamination.

 

Thus leading to unsanitary conditions, which can lead to serious health hazards.
